What I See is a series of visual records drawn from everyday surroundings. Scenes, objects, and spontaneous moments are caught as they happen, with no staging and little correction.
Working in ink and graphite, the project treats direct observation as a daily discipline. Each drawing is a fragment of ordinary life, translated through gesture and contrast, the weight of a line, the depth of a shadow.
Together the drawings form a quiet diary of attention: a record of looking closely at what is usually passed over.
